This site presents the Classic Ceramics range. It is not a shop: no order can be placed and no payment can be taken through these pages. Everything is made to order through the studio.

Product photography is representative. Because every piece is finished by hand, speckle density, glaze depth and the exact position of a raw-to-glazed line will vary.

An order exists only once we have issued a written specification and you have confirmed it in writing. Prices quoted are valid for sixty days.

Standard lead time is four to six weeks from confirmation for stock glazes and eight to ten weeks for bespoke work. We will tell you promptly if a firing schedule changes.

Dimensions published in the catalogue carry a tolerance of ±3%. Colour is matched to an archived reference tile held for eight years from first order.

Breakage in transit is replaced or credited at our cost when reported with photographs within seven days of delivery.

All shapes, glazes, text and photography on this site are the property of Classic Ceramics unless otherwise credited. Photography credited to third parties is licensed and remains the property of its authors.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
